The Office of the Town Clerk is responsible for the preparation of all Council Agendas. Council meets the second Monday of each month for a regularly scheduled Council meeting.

The public is always welcome at this meeting. However, if you would like to speak as a delegation or present Council with a letter, you must state your intent and subject matter in writing to Marsha Paley, Clerk/Deputy Chief Administrative Officer at least one week prior to the meeting date. Delegations are limited to 10 Minutes speaking time and will only be allowed to speak if they specifically request to in the letter.

Other Public Meetings are held from time to time and will be posted through public notices, the Ingersoll Times and this website.

Agendas for Council and Committee meetings are posted on the website 1-3 days prior to meetings. Minutes are posted once they have been approved by the appropriate committee.
