b) Frank Cowan Company- A request for support to the OGRA initiative for the filing of a notice with the Court against the Minimum Maintenance Standards that is being challenged.

c) OGRA- Request for financial contribution to a “MMS Litigation Fund”.

d) Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll- Request to enter into a Lease Agreement to acquire Mini-Putt 105 Wonham St. Ingersoll.

e) Ingersoll Ladies Slo-Pitch League- Notification of intent to use Victoria Park and Garnet Elliot Park for the Annual Ingersoll Slo-Pitch Co-ed Tournament being held on August 6^th and 7^th.
