appoint Doug Turvey as the Official Town Crier for a four-year term.
b) Ingersoll BIA Request
to close Thames Street South between King St. and Charles Street and for
assistance from Public Works to drop off and remove barricades at either end of
Thames St. South.

Request to support call for the Government of Ontario to consider dedicating a
portion of the new revenue collected from the provincial portion of H.S.T.
charged on gasoline and diesel sales to a new predictable funding mechanism
directed to Ontarios municipalities for transportation infrastructure
investment.

Ted Hunt Request for relief from
By-Law No.94-3633 (The Noise By-Law) to allow for the 2011 Gospel Music in the
Park events each Sunday from June 26th to August 28th from 6p.m. to
9p.m. and permission to close the trail that runs through the park from
Canterbury St. to the park bridge during concerts from 6:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. the
same evenings.
