Congratulations to Local Dairy Products of Ingersoll, Ontario on their selection as one of the 2015 Canadian Cheese Grand Prix finalists. The company's Oaxaca cheese has been selected as one of the three finalists in the Mozzarella (Ball, Brick or Cylinder) or Pasta Filata Class.  Congratulations are also extended to Oxford County's Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese Ltd. and Bright Cheese & Butter Mfg. Co.
