A unique combination of Yoga and Pilates created to enhance core stability, breathing control, flexibility and strength. |

Body Tone |
A class that combines both cardio and muscle conditioning segments. High repetitions using hand weights, tubes, stability balls and one’s own body for a great endurance conditioning class. |
6:45-7:45pm |
Muscle Up |
Tone and strengthen all major muscle groups with high reps in this full body workout with the use of barbells and/or hand weights. Modifications for all fitness levels. |

A cardio intense class that features intervals of cardio bursts and polymeric challenges. Intervals are timed and many options are given to allow all fitness levels to be attained. |
