A traditional step class that is high intensity

Yogalates

A combination of Yoga/Pilates to enhance core stability, flexibility, and strength.

 

TUESDAY

Muscle Up

Tone and strengthen all major muscle groups with high reps in this full body workout with the use of barbells and/or hang weights. Modications for all fitness levels.

 

WEDNESDAY

9:30-10:30am

Three segments of your favourite fitness components all wrapped into one class.  A different combination each week!

 

6:45-7:45pm

Step Cardio/ Muscle Up

Tone and strengthen all major muscle groups with high reps in this full body workout with the use of barbells and/or hand weights.  Step Cardio added in for a complete workout.

 

SATURDAY

8:00-9:00am 

H.I.I.T

Start your morning with a H.I.I.T. class. An energy filled class to start your day off right.

*No class June 30, August 4, or September 1*

 

SUNDAY

9:00-10:00am
