This can help to ensure healthy and safe conditions exist within buildings and on properties to avoid personal injury to occupants and neighbouring residents. Legal complications can also be avoided when trying to sell or refinance your home or property.

We will provide guidance to ensure your construction project complies with the applicable regulations and our staff can assist on ensuring proper methods of construction are utilized for these projects including plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
