The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is responsible for placing a value on all properties in Ontario. For more information concerning your 2009 assessment you can check under Property Taxes and select Assessment on the Menu on the left. Property taxes are calculated by multiplying a tax rate, as set by the Town of Ingersoll, by the property's assessed value.

Final Tax Notices for Residential/Farmlands properties will be mailed by June 9, 2011. The instalment due dates are: June 30 and September 30, 2011.
Final Tax Notices for Commercial/Industrial/Multi Residential properties will be mailed by September 9th 2011 with one instalment date of : September 30, 2011
