CONSIDERATION OF BY-LAWS

 

1)    By-Law No. 12-4677– Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Loan Agreement between the Town and property owners participating in the Façade/Signage Revitalization Loan. (Ingersoll Masonic Temple, 190 Thames Street South)

2)    By-Law No. 12-4678 – Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province (Dedicated Gas Tax Funds for Public Transportation Agreement)

3)    By-Law No. 12-4679 – Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement between Sifton Properties Limited and The Town for signage.

4)    By-Law No. 12-4680 - A by-law to authorize certain capital works of the Town to authorize the submission of an application to the Ontario infrastructure and lands corporation for financing such works and certain other ongoing works; to authorize temporary borrowing from OILC to meet expenditures made in connection with such works; and to authorize long term borrowing for such works through the issue of debentures by the County of Oxford to OILC
