CONSIDERATION OF BY-LAWS

 

1)     By-Law No.13-4724 – A by-law to appoint a Community Emergency Management Coordinator and Deputy Community Emergency Management Coordinators

2)    By-Law No.13-4725A by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario and the Town of Ingersoll related to funding provided by the Province of Ontario to the Municipality under the Dedicated Gas Tax Funds for the Public Transportation Program

 

3)    By-Law No. 13-4726 – A by-law to provide for the regulation of Open Air Burning in the Town of Ingersoll

 

4)     By-Law No. 13-4727A by-law to authorize certain capital works and their debenture financing (Royland/Elm/Cedar/Pine Streets Reconstruction, Holcroft Street Reconstruction and Charles Street West Sidewalk)

 

5)     By-Law No. 13-4728To Authorize certain capital works of the Corporation of the Town of Ingersoll (The “Municipality”); to authorize the submission of an application to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (“OILC”) for financing such works and certain other ongoing works; to authorize temporary borrowing from OILC to meet expenditures made in connection with such works; and to authorize long term borrowing for such works through the issue of debentures by the County of Oxford (The “Upper-Tier Municipality”) to OILC

 

6)     By-Law No. 13-4729 – A by-law to authorize the execution of a lease agreement between Shane Johnson on behalf of the Proedge Skate Shop and the Town of Ingersoll
