Thomas Ingersoll Day - 

Celebrate the 270th birthday of our community's founder with games, activities and refreshments at the Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum. 

June 8 

Royal Tea - 

Commemorate the 80th anniversary of the first visit of a reigning monarch to Ingersoll in 1939. Prizes will be awarded for the best fascinator or hate! Mothers, daughters and anyone else is invited to celebrate the birth of the first child of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. 

June 20  

EROICA - A Laura Secord Concert - 

Commemorate the horic life and times of Laura Ingersoll Secord by attending the performance of Beethoven's Eroica Symphany as performed by Orchestra Breva. 

July 12 - 14 

Canterbury Folk Festival - 

Enjoy world-class musical entertainment at Ingersoll's 20th Annual Canterbury Folk Festival. Featuring live music, vendors and artisans, children's activities and community celebrations, this three day festival is not to be missed. Admission is free. 

July 27 

Power to the People - 

Discover the evolution of energy throughout the centuries from manpower to solar power during this new interactive event at the Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum. 

August 16

A Midsummer Night's Dream - 

Join us as the Ingersoll Museum hosts Driftwood Outdoor Theatre's performance of Shakespeare's famous play A Midsummer Night's Dream. Bring a blanket and lawn chair and enjoy an evening of Shakespeare under the stars. Pay what you can admission.

Harvest Festival - 

Celebrate Ingersoll's rural roots at one of the great community celebrations to take place during Harvest Festival. Head to Centennial park fo rhistorical demonstrations, live entertainment, a variety of children's activities, craft vendors, fireworks and more! 

October 19

Pumpkinfest - 

Enjoy an afternoon of family fun at the Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum's Pumpkin Festival. Carve a grinning jack-o-lantern. Watch the blacksmith at work. Take a wagon ride through the park, or enjoy one of the many other fun family activities taking place. Admission is free. Time: 12pm - 4pm
